FAST uses the most effective and quality based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implemented through compassionate, trauma-informed ABA strategies utilizing the Hanley Method of keeping each client happy, relaxed, and engaged (HRE). We ensure that all the behavioral professionals do not use any restrictive procedures, harsh punishment techniques, and primarily utilize reinforcement strategies. For parents with children who have a mental health or behavioral diagnosis, FAST is passionate about caregiver collaboration and mandates active caregiver participation for each of the clients. To ensure your child gets the support they need, we all must be on their behavioral team. Behavioral support is not a magic wand to make all your dreams come true but rather skills that continue to build to have your child move closer to a more meaningful life. As part of our *FantAutistic* mindset, we aim to collaborate with all providers in any given field. In fact, the COO is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who ensures efficient medication management, psychiatric support, psychological evaluations, comorbid/co-occurring diagnoses, and family therapy are provided among other functions of psychiatric care. We aim to have an interdisciplinary team filled with physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, speech language pathologists, and the like to facilitate specialized therapy for each client's needs.
